Personality Bio
I have been playing and coaching sports since I was old enough to put on a baseball glove. Coaching at every level from semi-professional to legion, I also spent time as the head coach for the Centennial Bulldogs and Manitou Springs Mustangs, leading the Mustangs to the state playoffs in 1993. When baseball returned to the University of Southern Colorado in 1994, I was called to coach the athletes that would form the nucleus of the team. As an accomplished athlete who also played and coached basketball, I treasure every moment spent on the fields and courts. My most memorable moments in sports were those spent as an assistant football coach with the legendary Tom Brockman at Centennial. Today, I broadcast games with good friends JJ Valentine, Tony Wright and Chris Berumen. Tony and I have been friends since our days at old Savoy nightclub, where Tony used to DJ and I played with my band, "The Funn Brothers." I give JJ the credit for getting me involved in color commentary and play-by-play.

THE WORLD SERIES
Wednesday 10-31-2007 10:52am MT
These are pictures from the first ever World Series game to be played in Denver taken by my brother! My brother Les bought the tickets so the two of us could have the experience of going to the game together as it was a childhood dream of ours to go to the World Series! I can't begin to tell you how great it was to be there with my boyhood hero as the two of us stood there for the national anthem. In all the things that I have done in my life, including all the famous musicians I have met and performed with, this was the best moment ever! To think that it was the longest World Series game ever made me enjoy it all that much more. I will always be grateful for the gift my brother gave me!
